B6-M: Painting line for metal tubes

Fully automated epoxy powder painting line for metal tubes for broom handles. It can be installed downstream of a tube forming and cutting line and upstream of an assembly line in order to create a complete production process.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Feeding is performed by a tube holding transport chain which is loaded automatically.
Processing Steps: washing and treating with detergent and fixing agents, rinsing, drying, electrostatic spray painting, oven-curing, automatic offloading of the tubes.

FEATURES
The Line setup for product change-over regarding color, diameter and/or length of the tube is extremely quick and easy.
All the parameters of the system, like the setting of the washing water temperature, the drying and powder curing ovens temperatures and the working speed of the spraying guns for the epoxy powder etc., are operated via the control board in a very quick and simple way for the operator.

OPTIONS
The line can be supplied without the washing and the drying units for production lines where the tube cleaning operation is performed during the tube forming process.
For high output lines, the washing section can be supplied separated from the drying units and the painting and curing sections: this solution reduces the dimensions of the line and above all the length of the tube transport chain. The transferring of the tubes between the two sections of the line is automated.
