B8: Semi-Automatic Threading Machine for wooden broom handles

Machine for producing the thread on wooden broom handles, with manual Handle loading and offloading.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Although the machine is manual in the loading and offloading operations, the threading cycle of the end of the handle is automatic and is performed with a special mill turning at 10.000 RPM specifically designed for this purpose.

FEATURES
The compactness and the simplicity of construction of this machine are the main characteristics for its high capacity and reliability.
With dedicated tools and with the necessary adjustments, the machine can work handles having a diameter that may vary from 15 up to 30 mm and can produce every type of thread, conical or cylindrical, with fine or large pitch.
