B10-SW: Automatic Assembling Machine for telescopic handles
Fully automated machinery for the assembly of extension handles of various lengths and types, capable of mounting hanger caps, threads, locking systems and other types of plastic inserts on the tubes, and of performing specific machining such as boring, deformation etc. The machine can be installed in-line, downstream of a Line for tube painting, plastic coating, etc., or upstream of a packing machine.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
All the parts to be assembled, the metal tubes as the plastic inserts, are fed automatically. The machinery is composed of two linear assembly machines, each provided with a horizontal stepping transport chain for tubes and a sequence of operating stations at both sides; the first machine assembles the inner half of the handle, as the second one assembles the outer half and then connects both halves together.
FEATURES
The machinery setup for product changeover involves simple mechanical adjustments and software settings, allowing to manage the production of various models of extension poles and standard handles as well. The machinery can be divided into two distinct machines, via software as well, each one even capable of working separately and thus producing two different models of handles at the same time.

The machinery can be provided with a labeling unit.
