B9-I: Automatic Chucking Machine for wooden broom handles
Machine for cutting and chucking (tapering, reduction of diameter or doming) both ends of wooden broom Handles, with automatic Handles loading and offloading. The machine can be installed in-line, downstream of a Handles Painting Line, or upstream of an assembly machine.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Feeding, machining and offloading of wooden Handles are fully automated. The feeding hopper allows about 90 minutes of autonomy. Processing Steps: handle loading, cutting (to end cut handles all at the same length), chucking on the right side, chucking on the left side, offloading of the finished Handle.
