B-1290/3S: Automatic Packing Machine for broom handles
Machine for packing handles for brooms or similar items into polyethylene bags.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The handles come from a magazine, or from another working process (for example the thread and hanger cap assembly machine). After the packing operation, the bundles of handles are offloaded onto a horizontal table or palletized via a further automation unit.
The number of handles per bundle can be set within a range of 1 to 50; the bag is automatically sealed, on both ends and lengthwise.
FEATURES
The machine can be provided with a dedicated control board, or can be totally integrated in a fully automated line for handles.
OPTIONS
A modified version of this machine (model B-1290/3SF) is also provided downstream with an oven for the thermal retraction of the PE, in order to shrink the bag around the packed Handles.
