BS13: CNC Universal Milling Machine

Automatic CNC programmable machine for the production of wooden Paintbrush Handles and similar items, starting from wooden blocks.
The machine can be installed in-line, upstream of a sanding machine.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The loading of blanks is performed manually by piling them into a feeding magazine.
The machine performs the operations of side roughing and finishing, top and bottom finishing, drilling/countersinking and head finishing of the Handle.
These operations are performed in 11 stations, 8 of which are provided with CNC pairs of interpolated axes. The finished item is offloaded automatically.

FEATURES
This machine is extremely versatile: there is no limit for the number of items that can be produced.
The machine setup for product changeover involves simple mechanical adjustments and the selection of the item to be produced through the software interface.
