Operators required: 1 for the loading of the piles of cardboard sheets, the reloading of the glue units and the offloading of the finished pallets. The same operator can attend up to 3 lines of this type.
Production: up to 500 boxes per hour, depending on the type of item to be packaged and the number of items per box.

LP: Automatic boxing and palletizing line

Automatic line for the boxing of brooms or mops into cardboard boxes which are then stacked into piles.
The machine can be installed in-line, downstream of an assembly line for finished items.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The line is composed of the following working units, fulfilling a completely automatic process:

- Automatic items loading system, with conveyor belt or transport chain feeding system and custom manipulation unit, specifically designed for each item.
- Boxing Machine series B52: it forms the box starting from a cardboard sheet and inserts items into it, then closes the box and glues it.
- Palletizer for Boxes series RB: once boxes are closed, it stacks them in a pile onto a pallet.

FEATURES
More pieces of the same item can usually be arranged into a single cardboard box using space optimization.
The manipulation and insertion system is customized on the basis of the items to be boxed.
For an easy setting of the machine, it is provided with a user-friendly color touch-screen HMI: it helps managing every working step of the machine,  speeds up setup operations and grants prompt location of possible failures.

OPTIONS
The machine can be equipped with an in-line marking system for cardboard boxes.
On request, a pile wrapping system with plastic, stretch film can be supplied with the machine.
