B9-F: Automatic Threading Machine for wooden broom handles

Machine for producing the thread on wooden broom Handles, with automatic Handles loading and offloading.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The handles are loaded on the machine through a large hopper with a handle elevator. A linear unit automatically inserts the Handle into the self-centering pliers that spins it.
The thread is produced with a special mill turning at 10.000 rpm, specifically designed for this purpose.

FEATURES:
A hand-wheel allows the operator to manually adjust the spread between the two ends of the machine, in order to achieve the desired length of handle to be produced.
With dedicated tools and with simply mechanical adjustments, the machine can work handles having a diameter that may vary from 22 up to 28 mm and can produce every type of thread, conical or cylindrical, with fine or large pitch.
