B11-LM: Automatic Assembly Machine for wooden broom handles

Automatic Machine for the assembly of plastic inserts (hanger cap, thread or other type of insert) on wooden broom handles (sanded, painted or plastic coated handles).

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
All the parts to be assembled, the wooden handle and the plastic inserts, are fed automatically.
The machine is provided with a horizontal stepping transport chain for handles and a sequence of operating stations at both sides, which perform assembly operations. Hanger cap and thread are properly fixed to the handle through nails or staples.

FEATURES
The working autonomy is approximately 60 minutes for the handles and 90 minutes for the plastic parts (both may be increased upon request).

OPTIONS
It is possible to connect the machine to a production line to have a completely automatic production process.
